The machine operates on the linear principle with instrument and requires manual loading and instinctive unloading of bottles.

Working Operation:-

Vacuum Air-jet cleaning Machine is inbuilt with Turntable for smooth transmission of bottle to the Cleaning Section. This mechanism works with the principal of back pressure of container. Bottle fodder by the Turntable to extent to the extractor assembly, which handovers the Bottle to the cleaning unit. Air & Vacuum Cleaning Mechanism contains of two Inverters, which inverts container and push it to cleaning section through back pressure of other container, Cleaning section is equipped with nonstop vacuum system. Bottle reaches to the cleaning Unit a pair of air nozzles starts to flush the air inside the neck of the container and instantaneously vacuum will suck the particles, concerned by the air. After that Bottle passes to the inverter, where the containers are re-inverted in upright position and then after container moves for next operation.
