Overview:-
Semi- Automatic Air Jet Bottle Washing Machine is significant design and manufactured in Stainless Steel structure with height adjustment legs and extremely efficient mechanism with sophisticated look. This multifunctional presented machine meets the GMP requirements of washing for glass and plastic bottles. The machine functions on the linear principle mechanism and requires manual loading and unloading of bottles.
Working Operation:-
The bottles are placed substantially over pockets provided on the top place of the Mechanism. The Cleaning unit is equipped with non-stop vacuum system. With the situation of container over pockets, the Product sensor sense the Containers and starts to flush the air inside the neck of the container and instantaneously vacuum will suck the elements, disturbed by the air.
