Product Overview:-
Machine is premeditated to wash glass vials without connection of non-contact machine elements with glass Vials. Having gripper arrangement to grips the vial from Neck and invert the vials till the washing operation taking place and another time after washing process release the vial on out feed star wheel arrangement in vertical position to ensures positive wash of vials. It’s appropriate to wash 2ml to 100ml Glass Vials/ Bottles with the help of change parts. Glass Vial feeds through Turn Table to in feed Star Wheel and particularly designed gripper grip the Vial from neck and invert the vial and transfer it supplementary on rotary moving arrangement for washing procedure.
Rotary Vial appropriate for application in Pharmaceutical & Biotech Industries, The Vials traveling in neck down position above washing Needles and moves laterally with the Needle bar ensures maximum time for washing once the needle enters in the vial neck. Machine with Standard Six Different Washing Positions each of 6 Needle for best Washing and the arrangement can be change as per customer’s specification. Having external wash mechanism for optimal washing of Vials.
